either go for a manicure becuase they will know how to treat your condition. Part of having a manicure is to treat minor skin and nail condition's that arn't infectious or medical obviously like split cuticle or dry skin.

I don't mean to sound racist but from a salon that arn't just there to paint nails like with the vietnemese people.

If this isn't an option for you one of the treatments we learn about at colledge for dry cuticle and nails is to heat almond/ olive oil so it is comfortably hot ( the hotter the better tho) and leave your nails and cuticle to soak in the oil for 10 minutes or longer if you have the time, like whilst watching a film would really help it penetrate into your skin.

After this use the excess oil to massage into your skin with deep circular movement's.

Oh yeah i forgot to say how we heat the oil....its buy having a bowl of oil floating in a bigger bowl of hot water, take it out when its hot and dip your fingers in it.How to sort my nail out? its really rough around my cuticles and when i mouisturize it doesn't stay smooth?
get a vitamn E capsule

cheaper than a tub of the cream

and rub that into the cuticles

and have you seen these nail blocks,

one side is white, one is purple and one is black,(so is the last one)

and you buff your nails with each side and it makes your nails look lke they have clear polish on?

the polished look lasts approx 2 weeks. they are great for making your nails smooth, as well as keeping your cuticles down, as the buffung sorts them out

well worth buying and using

just use the capsules to give you an extra head start
