Yes, it will help the nail grow. Soak your hands in warm water to soften up the cuticles then gently push them back with a cuticle stick. I do mine once a week to keep them looking nice and to keep them from sticking to my nails and looking ugly.Should one push back their nail cuticles or not?

ya, of coz. you can buy a tool esp for pushing back the cuticles. it'll make ur nails look prettier and cleaner.
Try it. If it does not work for you, try a cuticle tool to trim them.
